Hebrews 11:9-11

9 By faith he stayed for a time in the land he had been promised, as in a foreign land, living in tents, as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise. 10 For he looked forward to the city that has foundations, whose architect and builder is God. 11 By faith he received power of procreation, even though he was too old—and Sarah herself was barren—because he considered him faithful who had promised.[a]

9 By faith he made his home in the promised land(A) like a stranger in a foreign country; he lived in tents,(B) as did Isaac and Jacob, who were heirs with him of the same promise.(C) 10 For he was looking forward to the city(D) with foundations,(E) whose architect and builder is God.(F) 11 And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age,(G) was enabled to bear children(H) because she[a] considered him faithful(I) who had made the promise.
