Isaiah 16:2-4
New American Standard Bible 1995
2 Then, like [a](A)fleeing birds or scattered [b]nestlings,
The daughters of (B)Moab will be at the fords of the (C)Arnon.
3 “[c]Give us advice, make a decision;
[d]Cast your (D)shadow like night [e]at high noon;
(E)Hide the outcasts, do not betray the fugitive.
4 “Let the [f]outcasts of Moab stay with you;
Be a hiding place to them from the destroyer.”
For the extortioner has come to an end, destruction has ceased,
(F)Oppressors have completely disappeared from the land.
