[a]Give us advice, make a decision;
[b]Cast your (A)shadow like night [c]at high noon;
(B)Hide the outcasts, do not betray the fugitive.
“Let the [d]outcasts of Moab stay with you;
Be a hiding place to them from the destroyer.”
For the extortioner has come to an end, destruction has ceased,
(C)Oppressors have completely disappeared from the land.
A (D)throne will even be established in lovingkindness,
And a judge will sit on it in faithfulness in the tent of (E)David;
Moreover, he will seek justice
And be prompt in righteousness.

“Make up your mind,” Moab says.
    “Render a decision.

    in faithfulness a man will sit on it—
    one from the house[a] of David(G)
one who in judging seeks justice(H)
    and speeds the cause of righteousness.
