Isaiah 56:10-11
New International Version
10 Israel’s watchmen(A) are blind,
they all lack knowledge;(B)
they are all mute dogs,
they cannot bark;
they lie around and dream,
they love to sleep.(C)
11 They are dogs with mighty appetites;
they never have enough.
They are shepherds(D) who lack understanding;(E)
they all turn to their own way,(F)
they seek their own gain.(G)

10 His watchmen are blind: they are all ignorant, they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.
11 Yea, they are greedy dogs which can never have enough, and they are shepherds that cannot understand: they all look to their own way, every one for his gain, from his quarter.

Ezekiel 3:18

18 When I say to a wicked person, ‘You will surely die,(A)’ and you do not warn them or speak out to dissuade them from their evil ways in order to save their life, that wicked person will die for[a] their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.(B)
