14 “Then He shall become a (A)sanctuary;
But to both the houses of Israel, a (B)stone to strike and a rock to stumble over,
And a snare and a (C)trap for the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 “Many (D)will stumble over them,
Then they will fall and be broken;
They will even be snared and caught.”

13 So the word of the Lord to them will be,
“[a]Order on order, order on order,
Line on line, line on line,
A little here, a little there,”
That they may go and (A)stumble backward, be broken, snared and taken captive.
