Jeremiah 4:26

²⁶I looked, and behold, the ^(A)fruitful land was a desert,
and all its cities were laid in ruins
before the Lord, before ^(B)his fierce anger.

²⁶I looked, and the fruitful land was a desert;^(A)
all its towns lay in ruins^(B)
before the Lord, before his fierce anger.^(C)

²⁷For thus says the Lord, “The whole land shall be a desolation; ^(A)yet I will not make a full end.

²⁷This is what the Lord says:

“The whole land will be ruined,^(A)
though I will not destroy^(B) it completely.
