¹⁵ You recently repented and did what was right in my eyes ^(A)by proclaiming liberty, each to his neighbor, and ^(B)you made a covenant before me in the ^(C)house that is called by my name,

⁸ The word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord, after King Zedekiah ^(A)had made a covenant with all the people in Jerusalem ^(B)to make a proclamation of liberty to them,

³ And the king stood ^(A)by the pillar and ^(B)made a covenant before the Lord, ^(C)to walk after the Lord and to keep his commandments and his testimonies and his statutes with all his heart and all his soul, to perform the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people joined in the covenant.
