13 For I have (A)sworn by Myself,” declares the Lord, “that (B)Bozrah will become an (C)object of horror, a reproach, a ruin and a curse; and all its cities will become perpetual ruins.”
14 I have (D)heard a message from the Lord,
And an (E)envoy is sent among the nations, saying,
“(F)Gather yourselves together and come against her,
And rise up for battle!”
15 “For behold, I have made you small among the nations,
Despised among men.

13 I swear(A) by myself,” declares the Lord, “that Bozrah(B) will become a ruin and a curse,[a] an object of horror(C) and reproach;(D) and all its towns will be in ruins forever.”(E)
14 I have heard a message from the Lord;
an envoy was sent to the nations to say,
“Assemble yourselves to attack it!
Rise up for battle!”
15 “Now I will make you small among the nations,
despised by mankind.
