Job 15:28-30

28 He has (A)dwelt in desolate cities,
In houses no one would inhabit,
Which are destined to become [a]ruins.
29 He (B)will not become rich, nor will his wealth endure;
And his grain will not stretch out over the land.
30 He will (C)not be able to [b]depart from darkness;
The (D)flame will wither his shoots,
And by (E)the breath of His mouth he will depart.

28 he will inhabit ruined towns
and houses where no one lives,(A)
houses crumbling to rubble.(B)
29 He will no longer be rich and his wealth will not endure,(C)
nor will his possessions spread over the land.(D)
30 He will not escape the darkness;(E)
a flame(F) will wither his shoots,(G)
and the breath of God’s mouth(H) will carry him away.(I)
