⁸ Who alone ^(A)stretches out the heavens,
And ^[a](B)tramples down the waves of the sea;

² Covering Yourself with ^(A)light as with a cloak,
^(B)Stretching out heaven like a tent curtain.

¹² It is I who ^(A)made the earth, and created mankind upon it.
I ^(B)stretched out the heavens with My hands,
And I ^[a]ordained ^(C)all their ^[b]lights.

“I am the Lord, and ^(E)there is no one else.

¹³ Assuredly My hand ^(A)founded the earth,
And My right hand spread out the heavens;
When I ^(B)call to them, they stand together.
