John 9:39

³⁹Jesus said,^[a] “For judgment^(A) I have come into this world,^(B) so that the blind will see^(C) and those who see will become blind.”^(D)

³⁹And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.

¹⁵For we are to God the pleasing aroma^(A) of Christ among those who are being saved and those who are perishing.^(B)

¹⁵For we are unto God a sweet savour of Christ, in them that are saved, and in them that perish:

¹⁶To the one we are an aroma that brings death;^(A) to the other, an aroma that brings life. And who is equal to such a task?^(B)

¹⁶To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
