John 12:11-13
GOD’S WORD Translation
11 Lazarus was the reason why many people were leaving the Jews and believing in Jesus.
The King Comes to Jerusalem(A)
12 On the next day the large crowd that had come to the Passover festival heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. 13 So they took palm branches and went to meet him. They were shouting,
“Hosanna!
Blessed is the one who comes in the name of the Lord,
the king of Israel!”

11 for on account of him(A) many of the Jews were going over to Jesus and believing in him.(B)
Jesus Comes to Jerusalem as King(C)
12 The next day the great crowd that had come for the festival heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem. 13 They took palm branches(D) and went out to meet him, shouting,
“Hosanna![a]”
