22 I have given to them the same honour that you gave to me. Now they can be united in the same way that you and I are united. 23 I will be in them, and you will be in me, so that they can be completely united. As a result, the world's people will know that you sent me. They will also know that you love my own people as you love me.
24 Father, you have given these people to me. I want them to be with me where I am. Then they will see how great I am. You made me great because you loved me. You loved me even before the world began.

22 I have given them the glory that you gave me,(A) that they may be one as we are one(B)— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me(C) and have loved them(D) even as you have loved me.
24 “Father, I want those you have given me(E) to be with me where I am,(F) and to see my glory,(G) the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.(H)
