39 And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind. 40 And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?

38 Then the man said, “Lord, I believe,” and he worshiped him.(A)
39 Jesus said,[a] “For judgment(B) I have come into this world,(C) so that the blind will see(D) and those who see will become blind.”(E)
40 Some Pharisees who were with him heard him say this and asked, “What? Are we blind too?”(F)
