46 and Me-jarkon and Rakkon, with the territory over against [a]Joppa. 47 And the territory of the (A)sons of Dan went out from them; for the sons of Dan went up and fought with Leshem and captured it. Then they struck it with the edge of the sword and possessed it and [b]settled in it; and they called [c](B)Leshem Dan after the name of Dan their father. 48 This was the inheritance of the tribe of the sons of Dan according to their families, these cities with their villages.

48 These towns and their villages were the inheritance of the tribe of Dan,(F) according to its clans.
