¹⁸ Please do not depart from here until I come back to You, and bring out my offering and lay it before You.” And He said, “I will remain until you return.”

¹⁹ Then Gideon went in and ^(A)prepared a young goat and unleavened bread from an ^[a]ephah of flour; he put the meat in a basket ^[b]and the broth in a pot, and brought them out to him under the ^[c]oak and presented them.

¹⁵ Then Manoah said to ^(A)the angel of the Lord, “Please let us detain you so that we may prepare a young goat for you.”

¹⁶ But the angel of the Lord said to Manoah, “Though you detain me, ^(A)I will not eat your ^[a]food, but if you prepare a burnt offering, offer it to the Lord.” For Manoah did not know that he was the angel of the Lord.
