Judges 6:17-19

17 And he[a] said to him, “Please, if I have found favor in your eyes, show me a sign[b] that you are speaking with me. 18 Please, do not depart from here until I come back to you and bring out my gift and set it out before you.”[c] And he said, “I will stay until you return.”
19 And Gideon went and prepared a young goat[d] and unleavened cakes from an ephah of flour; he put meat in a basket, and the broth he put in a pot, and he brought them to him under the oak[e] and presented them.

New International Version
17 Gideon replied, “If now I have found favor in your eyes, give me a sign(A) that it is really you talking to me. 18 Please do not go away until I come back and bring my offering and set it before you.”
And the Lord said, “I will wait until you return.”
19 Gideon went inside, prepared a young goat,(B) and from an ephah[a](C) of flour he made bread without yeast. Putting the meat in a basket and its broth in a pot, he brought them out and offered them to him under the oak.(D)
