32 From all the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, a tenth will be holy to Adonai. 33 One is not to inquire if it is good or bad, nor exchange it. Or if he does exchange it, then both it and that for which it is exchanged will become holy, and may not be redeemed.”
34 These are the mitzvot which Adonai commanded Moses for Bnei-Yisrael on Mount Sinai.

32 וְכָל־מַעְשַׂ֤ר בָּקָר֙ וָצֹ֔אן כֹּ֥ל אֲשֶׁר־יַעֲבֹ֖ר תַּ֣חַת הַשָּׁ֑בֶט הָֽעֲשִׂירִ֕י יִֽהְיֶה־קֹּ֖דֶשׁ לַֽיהוָֽה׃
33 לֹ֧א יְבַקֵּ֛ר בֵּֽין־ט֥וֹב לָרַ֖ע וְלֹ֣א יְמִירֶ֑נּוּ וְאִם־הָמֵ֣ר יְמִירֶ֔נּוּ וְהָֽיָה־ה֧וּא וּתְמוּרָת֛וֹ יִֽהְיֶה־קֹ֖דֶשׁ לֹ֥א יִגָּאֵֽל׃
34 אֵ֣לֶּה הַמִּצְוֺ֗ת אֲשֶׁ֨ר צִוָּ֧ה יְהוָ֛ה אֶת־מֹשֶׁ֖ה אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל בְּהַ֖ר סִינָֽי׃

Leviticus 27:32-34
New International Version
32 Every tithe of the herd and flock—every tenth animal that passes under the shepherd’s rod(A)—will be holy to the Lord. 33 No one may pick out the good from the bad or make any substitution.(B) If anyone does make a substitution, both the animal and its substitute become holy and cannot be redeemed.(C)’”
34 These are the commands the Lord gave Moses at Mount Sinai(D) for the Israelites.(E)
