Leviticus 16:6-8
Evangelical Heritage Version

6 Aaron shall present the bull for his own sin offering, to make atonement for himself and for his household.

7 He shall take the two male goats and stand them before the Lord at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting. 8 Aaron is to cast lots for the two goats, one lot marked “for the Lord” and the other lot marked “for the scapegoat.”[a]
