15 ¶ Tout pèseptè kontribisyon yo ak moun k'ap fè sa ki mal yo t'ap pwoche bò kot Jezi pou tande sa l' t'ap di.
2 Farizyen yo ak dirèktè lalwa yo t'ap babye. Yo t'ap di: Nonm sa a ap resevwa moun k'ap fè sa ki mal, epi l'ap manje ak yo.
3 Lè sa a, Jezi di yo parabòl sa a:
4 Sipoze yonn nan nou gen san (100) mouton. Si l' pèdi yonn ladan yo, èske li p'ap kite katrevendisnèf lòt mouton yo nan dezè a, pou li al dèyè sak pèdi a? L'ap chache l' jouk li jwenn li.
5 Lè l' jwenn li, l'ap mete l' sou zepòl li ak kè kontan.
6 Lè l' tounen lakay li avè l', l'ap rele tout zanmi l' ak tout vwazen l' yo, l'ap di yo: vin fè fèt avè m', mwen jwenn mouton m' ki te pèdi a.
7 Konsa tou, m'ap di nou, va gen plis kontantman nan syèl la pou yon sèl moun ki t'ap fè sa ki mal epi ki tounen vin jwenn Bondye, pase pou katrevendisnèf moun k'ap mache dwat, ki pa bezwen tounen vin jwenn Bondye.
8 Osinon ankò, sipoze yon fanm ki gen dis pyès lajan. Si li pèdi yonn ladan yo, èske li p'ap limen lanp, bale tout kay la, chache nan tout ti kwen jouk li jwenn li?
9 Lè l' jwenn li, l'ap rele zanmi l' ak vwazen li yo, l'ap di yo: vin fè fèt avè m'; mwen jwenn pyès lajan m' ki te pèdi a.
10 Konsa tou, m'ap di nou sa, gen kontantman nan mitan zanj Bondye yo pou yon sèl moun ki t'ap viv nan peche epi ki tounen vin jwenn Bondye.
11 ¶ Jezi di ankò: Vwala, se te yon nonm ki te gen de pitit gason.
12 Pi piti a di papa l': Papa, ban m' pa m' nan byen nou yo. Lè sa a, papa a separe byen l' yo bay tou de.
13 Kèk jou apre, ti gason an ranmase tout afè l', li pati, li ale nan yon peyi byen lwen. Antan li la, li lage kò l' nan banbòch, li gaspiye tout lajan l'.
14 Lè msye fin depanse tout lajan l', yon gwo grangou tonbe sou peyi a. Lè sa a, li vin nan nesesite.
15 li al mande travay lakay yon abitan nan peyi a. Abitan an voye l' nan jaden l' al gade kochon.
16 Lè sa a, li ta byen renmen plen vant li ak sa kochon yo t'ap manje a, men pesonn pa t' ba li.
17 Se lè sa a atò li pran kalkile sou sitiyasyon l'. Li di konsa: Gade kantite moun k'ap travay kay papa m' pou lajan! Yo jwenn manje depase sa yo ka manje. Epi mwen menm, m'ap mouri grangou isit la.
18 M'ap leve, mwen pral tounen jwenn papa m', m'ap di li: Papa, mwen peche kont Bondye, mwen peche kont ou menm tou.
19 Mwen pa merite pou ou konsidere m' pou pitit ou ankò. Gade m' tankou yonn nan moun k'ap travay avè ou yo.
20 Li leve vre, li pran chemen tounen kay papa li. Msye te byen lwen kay la toujou lè papa a wè li. Kè papa a fè l' mal, li kouri al rankontre l', li pase men l' nan kou pitit la epi li bo li.
21 Pitit la di li: Papa, mwen peche kont Bondye, mwen peche kont ou menm tou; mwen pa merite pou ou konsidere m' pou pitit ou ankò.
22 Men, papa a di domestik li yo: Ale vit. Pote pi bèl rad la, mete l' sou li pou mwen. Mete yon bag nan dwèt li, mete soulye nan pye li.
23 Al chache jenn ti towo nou t'ap angrese a, touye l'. Ann fete, ann manje.
24 Paske, pitit gason m' sa a te mouri, men li tounen vivan ankò; li te pèdi, koulye a mwen jwenn li. Epi, yo kòmanse fè fèt.
25 Lè sa a, pi gran gason an te nan jaden. Antan l'ap soti nan jaden, lè l' rive pre kay la, li tande mizik la ak vwa moun k'ap danse yo.
26 Li rele yonn nan domestik yo, li mande li: Sak genyen?
27 Domestik la di li: Ti frè ou la tounen. Papa ou fè touye jenn ti towo nou t'ap angrese a, paske li jwenn msye an sante.
28 Gran frè a fè kòlè, li derefize antre nan kay la. Papa a soti, li mande l' pou l' antre.
29 Men, gran frè a reponn papa a: Gade tout tan mwen genyen depi m'ap sèvi ou; mwen pa janm derespekte lòd ou. Men, ou pa janm ban m' yon ti kabrit menm pou m' fè fèt ak zanmi m' yo.
30 Men, lè pitit gason ou lan tounen, li menm ki fin gaspiye tout byen ou yo ak jennès, se pou li ou fè touye jenn towo nou t'ap angrese a.
31 Papa a di li: Pitit mwen, ou toujou la avè m'; tout sa m' genyen se pou ou.
32 Men, fòk kanmenm nou te fè fèt, nou pa t' ka pa kontan, paske frè ou la te mouri, men li tounen vivan, li te pèdi, mwen jwenn li koulye a.

15 Pèseptè kontribisyon yo ansanm ak moun k ap viv nan peche yo te pwoche bò kote Jezi pou yo tande ansèyman li yo. 2 Farizyen yo ansanm ak Skrib yo menm t ap plenyen kont sa, yo t ap di: “Nonm sa a[a] resevwa moun k ap viv nan peche yo epi li manje ak yo.”
3 Se sa k fè Jezi rakonte yo parabòl sa a. 4 “Sipoze youn nan nou gen san (100) mouton epi youn ladan yo pèdi. Ki sa ou t ap fè? Ou t ap kite katrevendiznèf (99) lòt yo nan raje a epi pati al chache mouton ki pèdi a. Ou t ap kontinye chache jouktan li jwenn ni? 5 Lè l jwenn ni, li pote l sou zepòl li ak anpil kè kontan. 6 Lè l rive lakay, li rele tout zanmi l yo ak vwazen li yo, li di yo: Vin rejwi ansanm ak mwen, paske mouton m nan ki te pèdi a, mwen jwenn ni. 7 M ap di nou sa, gen anpil rejwisans nan syèl la lè yon sèl pechè chwazi chanje lavi li epi tounen vin jwenn Bondye. Gen plis rejwisans pou yon sèl pechè sa a pase pou katrevendiznèf (99) jis yo ki pa bezwen chanje lavi yo.
8 Sipoze yon madanm ta gen dis (10) pyès lajan[b] epi l ta pèdi youn ladan yo. Li t ap limen lanp li, epi bale kay la byen bale. Li t ap chache jouktan li jwenn pyès lajan an? 9 Lè l jwenn ni, li rele tout zanmi l yo ak tout vwazen l yo epi li di: Vin rejwi ansanm ak mwen, paske pyès lajan m nan ki te pèdi a, mwen jwenn ni. 10 Konsa tou m ap di nou, gen anpil rejwisans nan pami anj Bondye yo lè yon pechè chwazi chanje lavi li epi tounen vin jwenn Bondye.”

11 Apre sa Jezi di: “Yon nonm te gen de pitit gason. 12 Pi piti a nan de gason yo di papa l: Papa, ban m pòsyon pa m nan byen w yo. Epi papa a separe byen l yo ant mesye yo.
13 Kèk jou apre sa, ti gason an rasanble tout bagay, li pati ale nan yon peyi byen lwen. Lè l rive la, li gaspiye tout byen li yo nèt nan banbòch. 14 Apre l fin depanse tout sa l te genyen, yon gwo grangou tonbe sou peyi a, epi jèn nonm nan tonbe nan malsite. 15 Jèn gason an vin asosye ak yon sitwayen nan peyi a ki ba l yon travay. Li voye l nan jaden li al bay kochon manje. 16 Grangou a te tèlman rèd, li swete li te ka manje enpe nan manje kochon yo. Men pèsonn pa t ba li anyen ladan yo.
17 Jèn nonm nan reyalize li t ap aji tankou moun fou. Li di nan panse l: Tout sèvitè k ap vann papa m jounen yo gen kont manje pou yo manje jis y ap kite rès. Alòske mwen menm m ap mouri grangou isit la, m pa ka jwenn manje. 18 M ap tounen lakay papa m. M pral di l: Papa, mwen peche kont Bondye epi mwen peche kont ou. 19 Mwen pa merite pou konsidere m kòm pitit ou ankò. Gade m tankou youn nan sèvitè w yo. 20 Apre sa, li leve li tounen lakay papa l.
Pandan jèn nonm nan te yon bèl distans toujou, papa l wè l ap vini, epi kè papa a fè l mal pou li. Papa a kouri al kontre pitit la, li vole nan kou pitit la, li bo li. 21 Pitit gason an di: Papa, mwen peche kont Bondye, mwen peche kont ou menm tou. Mwen pa merite pou konsidere m kòm pitit ou.
22 Men, papa a di sèvitè l yo: Fè vit, vini ak pi bèl rad la, mete l sou li. Vini ak yon bag pou met nan dwèt li ansanm ak sandal pou met nan pye l. 23 Vini avèk ti towo bèf gra a. Touye li vit pou nou ka manje, pou nou ka fete. 24 Paske pitit gason m nan te mouri, kounye a li resisite. Li te pèdi, kounye a nou rejwenn ni. Epi yo kòmanse fete.
25 Pi gran pitit gason an menm te nan jaden. Etan l ap retounen sot nan jaden an, lè l rive pre kay la, li tande mizik k ap jwe ansanm ak moun k ap danse. 26 Li rele youn nan sèvitè yo li mande l: Sa k gen la a? 27 Sèvitè a reponn: Frè w la retounen lakay epi papa w touye jenn towo bèf ki pi gra a, paske li rejwenn pitit gason n nan an bòn sante.
28 Gran frè a fè kòlè. Li refize antre pou selebre retou ti frè li. Lè papa a wè sa, li oblije soti vin kote l, li sipliye l pou l antre. 29 Men, li reponn papa l, li di: Mwen sèvi w tankou yon esklav pandan tout ane sa yo. Mwen pa janm dezobeyi lòd ou. Menm yon ti kabrit ou pa janm ban mwen pou m ta fete ansanm ak zanmi m yo. 30 Epoutan, lè pitit gason w nan retounen, apre l fin gaspiye tout byen w yo nan pran plezi ak fi pwostitiye, ou touye pi bèl ti bèf ou a pou li!
31 Papa a reponn li: O pitit gason mwen! Ou menm ou toujou ansanm ak mwen, epi tout sa m genyen se pou ou. 32 Men li te nesesè jodi a pou nou fete, pou nou rejwi, paske frè w la te mouri, li resisite; li te pèdi, nou rejwenn ni.”

The Parable of the Lost Sheep(A)
15 Now the tax collectors(B) and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus. 2 But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.”(C)
3 Then Jesus told them this parable:(D) 4 “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?(E) 5 And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders 6 and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’(F) 7 I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.(G)
The Parable of the Lost Coin
8 “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins[a] and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? 9 And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’(H) 10 In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”(I)
The Parable of the Lost Son
11 Jesus continued: “There was a man who had two sons.(J) 12 The younger one said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’(K) So he divided his property(L) between them.
13 “Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth(M) in wild living. 14 After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs.(N) 16 He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.
17 “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! 18 I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned(O) against heaven and against you. 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’ 20 So he got up and went to his father.
“But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.(P)
21 “The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you.(Q) I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’
22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe(R) and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger(S) and sandals on his feet. 23 Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. 24 For this son of mine was dead and is alive again;(T) he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate.(U)
25 “Meanwhile, the older son was in the field. When he came near the house, he heard music and dancing. 26 So he called one of the servants and asked him what was going on. 27 ‘Your brother has come,’ he replied, ‘and your father has killed the fattened calf because he has him back safe and sound.’
28 “The older brother became angry(V) and refused to go in. So his father went out and pleaded with him. 29 But he answered his father, ‘Look! All these years I’ve been slaving for you and never disobeyed your orders. Yet you never gave me even a young goat so I could celebrate with my friends. 30 But when this son of yours who has squandered your property(W) with prostitutes(X) comes home, you kill the fattened calf for him!’
31 “‘My son,’ the father said, ‘you are always with me, and everything I have is yours. 32 But we had to celebrate and be glad, because this brother of yours was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’”(Y)
