⁴⁰You foolish people!^(A) Did not the one who made the outside make the inside also?

⁴¹But rather give alms of such things as ye have; and, behold, all things are clean unto you.

⁴¹But now as for what is inside you—be generous to the poor,^(A) and everything will be clean for you.^(B)
