Luke 11:15-19
New International Version
15 But some of them said, “By Beelzebul,(A) the prince of demons, he is driving out demons.”(B) 16 Others tested him by asking for a sign from heaven.(C)
17 Jesus knew their thoughts(D) and said to them: “Any kingdom divided against itself will be ruined, and a house divided against itself will fall. 18 If Satan(E) is divided against himself, how can his kingdom stand? I say this because you claim that I drive out demons by Beelzebul. 19 Now if I drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your followers drive them out? So then, they will be your judges.
Luke 11:15-19
King James Version
15 But some of them said, He casteth out devils through Beelzebub the chief of the devils.
16 And others, tempting him, sought of him a sign from heaven.
17 But he, knowing their thoughts, said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth.
18 If Satan also be divided against himself, how shall his kingdom stand? because ye say that I cast out devils through Beelzebub.
19 And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your sons cast them out? therefore shall they be your judges.
