⁹And ^(A)an angel of the Lord suddenly ^(B)stood near them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them; and they were terribly frightened.

New International Version

⁹An angel^(A) of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.

⁹And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.

⁴While they were perplexed about this, behold, ^(A)two men suddenly ^(B)stood near them in gleaming clothing;

⁴While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning^(A) stood beside them.

⁴And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments:
