35 And kai he said legō to them autos, “ When hote I sent apostellō you hymeis out without ater moneybag ballantion or kai knapsack pēra or kai sandals hypodēma, did you lack hystereō anything tis?” They ho · de replied legō, “ Nothing outheis.” 36 He said legō · de to them autos, “ But alla now nyn let the ho one who has echō a moneybag ballantion take airō it, and likewise homoiōs · kai a knapsack pēra. And kai the ho one who has echō no mē sword machaira, let him sell pōleō · ho his autos cloak himation and kai buy agorazō one.

34 Jesus answered, “I tell you, Peter, before the rooster crows today, you will deny three times that you know me.”
35 Then Jesus asked them, “When I sent you without purse, bag or sandals,(A) did you lack anything?”
“Nothing,” they answered.
36 He said to them, “But now if you have a purse, take it, and also a bag; and if you don’t have a sword, sell your cloak and buy one.
