Luke 4:18-20

18 [a]The Spirit of the Lord is upon me,
[b]Because he anointed me to preach [c]good tidings to the poor:
He hath sent me to proclaim release to the captives,
And recovering of sight to the blind,
To set at liberty them that are bruised,
19 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord.
20 And he closed the [d]book, and gave it back to the attendant, and sat down: and the eyes of all in the synagogue were fastened on him.

New International Version
18 “The Spirit of the Lord is on me,(A)
because he has anointed me
to proclaim good news(B) to the poor.
He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners
and recovery of sight for the blind,
to set the oppressed free,
19 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”[a](C)
20 Then he rolled up the scroll, gave it back to the attendant and sat down.(D) The eyes of everyone in the synagogue were fastened on him.
