9 They[a] said to him, “Where do you want us to prepare[b] it?” 10 He said to them, “Listen,[c] when you have entered the city, a man carrying a jar of water[d] will meet you.[e] Follow him into the house that he enters, 11 and tell the owner of the house,[f] ‘The Teacher says to you, “Where is the guest room where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?”’
