18 He said to him, “Which ones?” And Jesus said, (A)“You shall not murder, You shall not commit adultery, You shall not steal, You shall not bear false witness, 19 Honor your father and mother, and, (B)You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 20 The young man said to him, (C)“All these I have kept. What do I still lack?” 21 Jesus said to him, “If you would be (D)perfect, go, (E)sell what you possess and give to the poor, and you will have (F)treasure in heaven; and come, follow me.”

18 “Which ones?” he inquired.
Jesus replied, “‘You shall not murder, you shall not commit adultery,(A) you shall not steal, you shall not give false testimony, 19 honor your father and mother,’[a](B) and ‘love your neighbor as yourself.’[b]”(C)
20 “All these I have kept,” the young man said. “What do I still lack?”
21 Jesus answered, “If you want to be perfect,(D) go, sell your possessions and give to the poor,(E) and you will have treasure in heaven.(F) Then come, follow me.”
