New Matthew Bible
12 For whosoever has, to him will be given, and he will have abundance. But whosoever has not, from him shall be taken away even what he has. 13 Therefore I speak to them in similitudes. For though they see, they see not. And hearing, they hear not, neither understand. 14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Isaiah, which prophecy says: With the ears you will hear, but will not understand, and with the eyes you will see, and will not perceive.

New International Version
12 Whoever has will be given more, and they will have an abundance. Whoever does not have, even what they have will be taken from them.(A) 13 This is why I speak to them in parables:
“Though seeing, they do not see;
though hearing, they do not hear or understand.(B)
14 In them is fulfilled(C) the prophecy of Isaiah:
“‘You will be ever hearing but never understanding;
you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.
