⁴² Keep awake, therefore, for you do not know on what day^[a] your Lord is coming.^(A)

⁴⁶ Blessed is that slave whom his master will find at work when he arrives.^(A)

⁸ Would you not rather say to him, ‘Prepare supper for me; put on your apron and serve me while I eat and drink; later you may eat and drink’?^(A)
