²⁵But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose.

²⁵After the crowd had been put outside, he went in and took the girl by the hand, and she got up.^(A)

⁴And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.

⁴When he has brought out all his own, he goes on ahead of them, and his sheep follow him because they know his voice.^(A)
