Nehemiah 9:10-12
New American Standard Bible
10 Then You performed (A)signs and wonders against Pharaoh,
Against all his servants and all the people of his land;
For You knew that (B)they acted arrogantly toward them,
And You (C)made a name for Yourself as it is this day.
11 (D)You divided the sea before them,
So they passed through the midst of the sea on dry ground;
And You hurled (E)their pursuers into the depths,
Like a stone into [a]raging waters.
12 And with a pillar of cloud (F)You led them by day,
And with a pillar of fire by night
To light for them the way
In which they were to go.

You made a name(C) for yourself,(D) which remains to this day. 11 You divided the sea before them,(E) so that they passed through it on dry ground, but you hurled their pursuers into the depths,(F) like a stone into mighty waters.(G) 12 By day(H) you led(I) them with a pillar of cloud,(J) and by night with a pillar of fire to give them light on the way they were to take.
