³⁶So, as the Lord commanded Moses, all the congregation brought him outside the camp and stoned him with stones, and he died.

³⁶So the assembly took him outside the camp and stoned him^(A) to death,^(B) as the Lord commanded Moses.^(C)

¹²Therefore Jesus also, that He might ^[a]sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.
