¹⁶ But ^(A)when we cried out to the Lord, He heard our voice and sent ^(B)an angel, and brought us out from Egypt; now behold, we are at Kadesh, a town on the edge of your territory.

²⁸ Nebuchadnezzar responded and said, “Blessed be the ^(A)God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, who has ^(B)sent His angel and rescued His servants who put their ^(C)trust in Him, ^[a]violating the king’s command, and surrendered their bodies ^(D)rather than serve or worship any god except their own God.

¹¹ When Peter ^(A)came ^[a]to himself, he said, “Now I know for sure that ^(B)the Lord has sent forth His angel and rescued me from the hand of Herod and from all ^[b]that the Jewish people were expecting.”
