4 Her father might hear about the promise or pledge and say nothing. Then she must do what she promised. She must keep her pledge. 5 But when her father hears about the promise or pledge, he might not allow it. Then the promise or pledge does not have to be kept. Her father would not allow them. So the Lord will free her from her promise.
6 “A woman might make a pledge or a careless promise and then get married.

4 and her father hears about her vow or pledge but says nothing to her, then all her vows and every pledge by which she obligated herself will stand.(A) 5 But if her father forbids her(B) when he hears about it, none of her vows or the pledges by which she obligated herself will stand; the Lord will release her because her father has forbidden her.
6 “If she marries after she makes a vow(C) or after her lips utter a rash promise by which she obligates herself
