Proverbs 17:5

New International Version

⁵Whoever mocks the poor^(A) shows contempt for their Maker;^(B)
whoever gloats over disaster^(C) will not go unpunished.^(D)

⁵Whoso mocketh the poor reproacheth his Maker: and he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.
