Proverbs 11:23-25

23 The desire of the righteous is only good: but the hope of the wicked [a]is indignation.
24 There is that scattereth, [b]and is more increased: but he that spareth more [c]than is right, surely cometh to poverty.
25 The [d]liberal person shall have plenty: and he that watereth, shall also have rain.
