¹⁷He hurls down his hail^(A) like pebbles.
Who can withstand his icy blast?

¹⁸He ^(A)sends out his word, and melts them;
he makes his wind blow and the waters flow.

¹⁸He sends his word^(A) and melts them;
he stirs up his breezes,^(B) and the waters flow.
