Psalmi 25-27
Biblia Sacra Vulgata
25 In finem. Psalmus David. Judica me, Domine, quoniam ego in innocentia mea ingressus sum, et in Domino sperans non infirmabor.
2 Proba me, Domine, et tenta me; ure renes meos et cor meum.
12 Pes meus stetit in directo; in ecclesiis benedicam te, Domine.
26 Psalmus David, priusquam liniretur. Dominus illuminatio mea et salus mea: quem timebo? Dominus protector vitae meae: a quo trepidabo?
2 Dum appropiant super me nocentes ut edant carnes meas, qui tribulant me inimici mei, ipsi infirmati sunt et ceciderunt.
3 Si consistant adversum me castra, non timebit cor meum; si exsurgat adversum me praelium, in hoc ego sperabo.
4 Unam petii a Domino, hanc requiram, ut inhabitem in domo Domini omnibus diebus vitae meae; ut videam voluptatem Domini, et visitem templum ejus.
5 Quoniam abscondit me in tabernaculo suo; in die malorum protexit me in abscondito tabernaculi sui.
6 In petra exaltavit me, et nunc exaltavit caput meum super inimicos meos. Circuivi, et immolavi in tabernaculo ejus hostiam vociferationis; cantabo, et psalmum dicam Domino.
7 Exaudi, Domine, vocem meam, qua clamavi ad te; miserere mei, et exaudi me.
8 Tibi dixit cor meum: Exquisivit te facies mea; faciem tuam, Domine, requiram.
9 Ne avertas faciem tuam a me; ne declines in ira a servo tuo. Adjutor meus esto; ne derelinquas me, neque despicias me, Deus salutaris meus.
10 Quoniam pater meus et mater mea dereliquerunt me; Dominus autem assumpsit me.
11 Legem pone mihi, Domine, in via tua, et dirige me in semitam rectam, propter inimicos meos.
12 Ne tradideris me in animas tribulantium me, quoniam insurrexerunt in me testes iniqui, et mentita est iniquitas sibi.
13 Credo videre bona Domini in terra viventium.
14 Expecta Dominum, viriliter age: et confortetur cor tuum, et sustine Dominum.
27 Psalmus ipsi David. Ad te, Domine, clamabo; Deus meus, ne sileas a me: nequando taceas a me, et assimilabor descendentibus in lacum.
2 Exaudi, Domine, vocem deprecationis meae dum oro ad te; dum extollo manus meas ad templum sanctum tuum.
3 Ne simul trahas me cum peccatoribus, et cum operantibus iniquitatem ne perdas me; qui loquuntur pacem cum proximo suo, mala autem in cordibus eorum.
4 Da illis secundum opera eorum, et secundum nequitiam adinventionum ipsorum. Secundum opera manuum eorum tribue illis; redde retributionem eorum ipsis.
5 Quoniam non intellexerunt opera Domini, et in opera manuum ejus destrues illos, et non aedificabis eos.
6 Benedictus Dominus, quoniam exaudivit vocem deprecationis meae.

Psalm 25[a]
Of David.
1 In you, Lord my God,
I put my trust.(A)
2 I trust in you;(B)
do not let me be put to shame,
nor let my enemies triumph over me.
3 No one who hopes in you
will ever be put to shame,(C)
but shame will come on those
who are treacherous(D) without cause.
4 Show me your ways, Lord,
teach me your paths.(E)
5 Guide me in your truth(F) and teach me,
for you are God my Savior,(G)

6 Remember, Lord, your great mercy and love,(I)
for they are from of old.
7 Do not remember the sins of my youth(J)
and my rebellious ways;(K)
according to your love(L) remember me,
for you, Lord, are good.(M)
8 Good and upright(N) is the Lord;
therefore he instructs(O) sinners in his ways.
9 He guides(P) the humble in what is right
and teaches them(Q) his way.
10 All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful(R)
toward those who keep the demands of his covenant.(S)
11 For the sake of your name,(T) Lord,
forgive(U) my iniquity,(V) though it is great.

He will instruct them in the ways(X) they should choose.[b]
13 They will spend their days in prosperity,(Y)
and their descendants will inherit the land.(Z)
14 The Lord confides(AA) in those who fear him;
he makes his covenant known(AB) to them.
15 My eyes are ever on the Lord,(AC)
for only he will release my feet from the snare.(AD)
16 Turn to me(AE) and be gracious to me,(AF)
for I am lonely(AG) and afflicted.
17 Relieve the troubles(AH) of my heart
and free me from my anguish.(AI)
18 Look on my affliction(AJ) and my distress(AK)
and take away all my sins.(AL)

from all their troubles!

I have trusted(AY) in the Lord
and have not faltered.(AZ)

examine my heart and my mind;(BB)
3 for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love(BC)
and have lived(BD) in reliance on your faithfulness.(BE)
4 I do not sit(BF) with the deceitful,
nor do I associate with hypocrites.(BG)
5 I abhor(BH) the assembly of evildoers
and refuse to sit with the wicked.

and go about your altar, Lord,
7 proclaiming aloud your praise(BJ)
and telling of all your wonderful deeds.(BK)
8 Lord, I love(BL) the house where you live,
the place where your glory dwells.(BM)
9 Do not take away my soul along with sinners,
my life with those who are bloodthirsty,(BN)
10 in whose hands are wicked schemes,(BO)
whose right hands are full of bribes.(BP)
11 I lead a blameless life;
deliver me(BQ) and be merciful to me.
Psalm 27
Of David.
1 The Lord is my light(BT) and my salvation(BU)—
whom shall I fear?
The Lord is the stronghold(BV) of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?(BW)
2 When the wicked advance against me
to devour[d] me,
it is my enemies and my foes
who will stumble and fall.(BX)
3 Though an army besiege me,
my heart will not fear;(BY)
though war break out against me,
even then I will be confident.(BZ)
4 One thing(CA) I ask from the Lord,
this only do I seek:
that I may dwell in the house of the Lord
all the days of my life,(CB)
to gaze on the beauty of the Lord
and to seek him in his temple.
5 For in the day of trouble(CC)
he will keep me safe(CD) in his dwelling;
he will hide me(CE) in the shelter of his sacred tent
and set me high upon a rock.(CF)
6 Then my head will be exalted(CG)
above the enemies who surround me;(CH)
at his sacred tent I will sacrifice(CI) with shouts of joy;(CJ)
I will sing(CK) and make music(CL) to the Lord.
7 Hear my voice(CM) when I call, Lord;

Your face, Lord, I will seek.
9 Do not hide your face(CP) from me,
do not turn your servant away in anger;(CQ)
you have been my helper.(CR)
Do not reject me or forsake(CS) me,
God my Savior.(CT)
10 Though my father and mother forsake me,
the Lord will receive me.
11 Teach me your way,(CU) Lord;
lead me in a straight path(CV)
because of my oppressors.(CW)
12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes,
for false witnesses(CX) rise up against me,
spouting malicious accusations.
