¹³Why has the wicked ^(A)treated God disrespectfully?
He has said to himself, “^[a]You will not require an account.”

¹³Why does the wicked man revile God?^(A)
Why does he say to himself,
“He won’t call me to account”?^(B)

²For it ^(A)flatters him in his own eyes
Concerning the discovery of his wrongful deed and the hatred of it.

²In their own eyes they flatter themselves
too much to detect or hate their sin.^(A)
