⁶But I am ^(A)a worm and not a man,
^(B)scorned by mankind and ^(C)despised by the people.

⁶But I am a worm^(A) and not a man,
scorned by everyone,^(B) despised^(C) by the people.

⁶But I am a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised of the people.

¹⁹You know my ^(A)reproach,
and my shame and my dishonor;
my foes are all known to you.

¹⁹You know how I am scorned,^(A) disgraced and shamed;
all my enemies are before you.

¹⁹Thou hast known my reproach, and my shame, and my dishonour: mine adversaries are all before thee.
