Psalm 36:1

36 Transgression speaks [like an oracle] to the wicked (godless) [deep] within his heart;
There is no fear (dread) of God before his eyes.^(A)

¹I have a message from God in my heart
concerning the sinfulness of the wicked:^[b]^(A)
