Psalm 62:9-11

New American Standard Bible

⁹People of ^(A)low standing are only ^(B)breath, and people of rank are a ^(C)lie;
In the ^(D)balances they go up.
Together they are lighter than breath.
¹⁰^(E)Do not trust in oppression,
And do not vainly rely on ^(F)robbery;
If wealth increases, ^(G)do not set your heart on it.

¹¹God has ^(H)spoken ^[a]once;
^[b]Twice I have heard this:
That ^(I)power belongs to God;
