New English Translation
12 You created the north and the south.
Tabor and Hermon[a] rejoice in your name.
13 Your arm is powerful,
your hand strong,
your right hand[b] victorious.[c]
14 Equity and justice are the foundation of your throne.[d]
Loyal love and faithfulness characterize your rule.[e]

- Psalm 89:13 tn Heb “is lifted up.” The idiom “the right hand is lifted up” refers to victorious military deeds (see Pss 89:42; 118:16).
- Psalm 89:14 sn The Lord’s throne symbolizes his kingship.
