⁶For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.

⁶for they have shed the blood of your holy people and your prophets,^(A)
and you have given them blood to drink^(B) as they deserve.”

²⁷But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay them before me.
