9 And some of[a] the peoples, tribes, languages, and nations(A) will view their bodies for three and a half days and not permit their bodies to be put into a tomb.(B) 10 Those who live on the earth will gloat(C) over them and celebrate and send gifts to one another because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.

11 But after three and a half days, the breath[b] of life(D) from God entered them, and they stood on their feet. Great fear fell on those who saw them.

New International Version
9 For three and a half days some from every people, tribe, language and nation(A) will gaze on their bodies and refuse them burial.(B) 10 The inhabitants of the earth(C) will gloat over them and will celebrate by sending each other gifts,(D) because these two prophets had tormented those who live on the earth.
11 But after the three and a half days(E) the breath[a] of life from God entered them,(F) and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.
