13 And when the (A)dragon saw that he was thrown down to the earth, he persecuted (B)the woman who gave birth to the male child. 14 But the (C)two wings of the great eagle were given to the woman, so that she could fly (D)into the wilderness to her place, where she *was nourished for (E)a time and times and half a time, from the [a]presence of the serpent. 15 And the (F)serpent [b]poured water like a river out of his mouth after the woman, so that he might cause her to be swept away with the flood.

13 When the dragon(A) saw that he had been hurled to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.(B) 14 The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle,(C) so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time, times and half a time,(D) out of the serpent’s reach. 15 Then from his mouth the serpent(E) spewed water like a river, to overtake the woman and sweep her away with the torrent.
