Revelation 13:5-8
New American Standard Bible
5 A mouth was given to him (A)speaking [a]arrogant words and blasphemies, and authority to act for (B)forty-two months was given to him. 6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemies against God, to blaspheme His name and His tabernacle, that is, (C)those who dwell in heaven.
7 It was also given to him to (D)make war with the [b]saints and to overcome them, and authority was given to him over (E)every tribe, people, language, and nation. 8 All who (F)live on the earth will worship him, everyone (G)whose name has not been [c]written (H)since the foundation of the world in the (I)book of life of (J)the Lamb who has been slaughtered.

5 The beast was given a mouth to utter proud words and blasphemies(A) and to exercise its authority for forty-two months.(B) 6 It opened its mouth to blaspheme God, and to slander his name and his dwelling place and those who live in heaven.(C) 7 It was given power to wage war(D) against God’s holy people and to conquer them. And it was given authority over every tribe, people, language and nation.(E) 8 All inhabitants of the earth(F) will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life,(G) the Lamb(H) who was slain from the creation of the world.[a](I)
