2 I heard a sound from heaven like the sound of rushing waters and like the sound of pealing thunder; the sound I heard was also like that of harpists playing on their harps. 3 They were singing a new song before the throne and before the four living beings and the elders, and no one could learn the song except the 144,000 who have been ransomed from the world. 4 These are the ones who have not defiled themselves with women, for they are virgins; they follow the Lamb wherever he goes; they have been ransomed from among humanity as firstfruits for God and the Lamb;

New International Version
2 And I heard a sound from heaven like the roar of rushing waters(A) and like a loud peal of thunder.(B) The sound I heard was like that of harpists playing their harps.(C) 3 And they sang a new song(D) before the throne and before the four living creatures(E) and the elders.(F) No one could learn the song except the 144,000(G) who had been redeemed from the earth. 4 These are those who did not defile themselves with women, for they remained virgins.(H) They follow the Lamb wherever he goes.(I) They were purchased from among mankind(J) and offered as firstfruits(K) to God and the Lamb.
