Romans 9:8-10

8 That is, it is not the children by physical descent[a] who are God’s children,(A) but the children of the promise(B) are considered to be the offspring. 9 For this is the statement of the promise: At this time I will come, and Sarah will have a son.[b](C) 10 And not only that,(D) but Rebekah conceived children(E) through one man, our father Isaac.

New International Version
8 In other words, it is not the children by physical descent who are God’s children,(A) but it is the children of the promise who are regarded as Abraham’s offspring.(B) 9 For this was how the promise was stated: “At the appointed time I will return, and Sarah will have a son.”[a](C)
10 Not only that, but Rebekah’s children were conceived at the same time by our father Isaac.(D)
