Salmau 91
Beibl William Morgan
91 Yr hwn sydd yn trigo yn nirgelwch y Goruchaf, a erys yng nghysgod yr Hollalluog. 2 Dywedaf am yr Arglwydd, Fy noddfa a’m hamddiffynfa ydyw: fy Nuw; ynddo yr ymddiriedaf. 3 Canys efe a’th wareda di o fagl yr heliwr, ac oddi wrth haint echryslon. 4 A’i asgell y cysgoda efe trosot, a than ei adenydd y byddi ddiogel: ei wirionedd fydd darian ac astalch i ti. 5 Nid ofni rhag dychryn nos; na rhag y saeth a ehedo y dydd: 6 Na rhag yr haint a rodio yn y tywyllwch; na rhag y dinistr a ddinistrio ganol dydd. 7 Wrth dy ystlys y cwymp mil, a deng mil wrth dy ddeheulaw: ond ni ddaw yn agos atat ti. 8 Yn unig ti a ganfyddi â’th lygaid, ac a weli dâl y rhai annuwiol. 9 Am i ti wneuthur yr Arglwydd fy noddfa, sef y Goruchaf, yn breswylfa i ti; 10 Ni ddigwydd i ti niwed, ac ni ddaw pla yn agos i’th babell. 11 Canys efe a orchymyn i’w angylion amdanat ti, dy gadw yn dy holl ffyrdd. 12 Ar eu dwylo y’th ddygant rhag taro dy droed wrth garreg. 13 Ar y llew a’r asb y cerddi: y cenau llew a’r ddraig a fethri. 14 Am iddo roddi ei serch arnaf, am hynny y gwaredaf ef: dyrchafaf ef, am iddo adnabod fy enw. 15 Efe a eilw arnaf, a mi a’i gwrandawaf: mewn ing y byddaf fi gydag ef, y gwaredaf, ac y gogoneddaf ef. 16 Digonaf ef â hir ddyddiau; a dangosaf iddo fy iachawdwriaeth.
Psalm 91
New International Version
Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter(A) of the Most High
will rest in the shadow(B) of the Almighty.[a]
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge(C) and my fortress,(D)
my God, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare(E)
and from the deadly pestilence.(F)
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;(G)
his faithfulness will be your shield(H) and rampart.
5 You will not fear(I) the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.(J)
9 If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm(K) will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels(L) concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;(M)
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.(N)
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.(O)
